If you do not wish to keep the items you ordered because they are no longer suitable/you have ordered the wrong size/the wrong item/the item is no longer required:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so if for any reason you are, you can return them in unused condition and unopened packaging for a full replacement or a full refund. We will only refund the order if it is returned in its original unused condition and unopened packaging. We will be more than happy to resend a replacement order of correct strain if incorrect strain was purchased.
I have received my items, but they do not look like the pictures on the website:

No matter how similar they look, no two little seeds carry the same genetic information.We have to keep in mind that seeds are products of living organisms and the outcome of a natural breeding process, hence unique as any person, animal or plant on earth. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, please let us know if you would like to speak to our expert grower for further assistance.

We offer a Germination Guarantee as well as replace all damaged by usps in transit seeds.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us.
If you have not opened the mailpiece, you may mark it "Return to Sender," and the United States Postal Service will return it with no additional charge to you. Please note that, as per our policy, we can only accept unopened packages returned through the "Return to Sender" process. Once we have the package back, we'll take the necessary steps to address the issue.
Canceling orders:
If you wish to cancel your order directly after purchasing or before we have shipped your item then please email support@seedsupreme.com with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. We will process this for you as soon as possible. If we have by this time already shipped out your items for delivery, then we will treat your request as a refund and will be subject to our stated policy.
Your refund will be issued onto the same method of payment you paid with. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, on returns this can take up to 14 days. Please note that in busier periods refunds can take longer, but never more than 30 days.
