Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority, and we fully recognize the frustration that can arise when seeds fail to germinate. That's why we have our Germination Guarantee, which serves as a commitment to compensate customers if their seeds do not successfully germinate. This guarantee is applicable to all seeds purchased from us within a designated time frame and can be claimed once per order.

  • 90 days
  • Guarantee starts the day after delivery

 

TERMS

Each order is eligible for a single claim (if not all seeds germinate simultaneously, the guarantee applies exclusively to those claimed, not to any others germinated at a different time).

 

The germination guarantee is contingent on adherence to our germination and storage recommendations, and we may request reasonable evidence to confirm compliance. For instance, providing images of seeds on a damp paper towel or an appropriate container serves as a good example.

 

Option 1

Germination before 90 days post-delivery

Provide images of:

  • all seeds (germinated and ungerminated)
  • proof of date

 

Option 2

Germination after 90 days post-delivery

Provide images of:

  • all seeds (germinated and ungerminated)
  • proof of date
  • storage medium used with a detailed description
