What is the Germination Guarantee?

We put our customers first, and we know how disappointing it can be when seeds fail to germinate. That’s why we created our Germination Guarantee—to support and compensate customers whose seeds do not sprout. This guarantee covers any seeds purchased from us within the eligible timeframe and may be claimed once per order. Please note that it applies only to customers who use the paper towel germination method.

Guarantee starts the day after delivery

TERMS

Only one claim can be made per order. If you choose not to germinate all seeds at the same time, the guarantee will apply only to the seeds included in your claim—not to any seeds germinated before or after.
Please note that our Germination Guarantee is valid only for customers who follow the paper towel method as instructed. The guarantee applies only when proper germination and storage guidelines have been met and you can reasonably demonstrate compliance. For example, you may provide a photo of the seeds placed on a damp paper towel and/or an image of an appropriate container.

You MUST take supporting images showing:

All seeds germinated and ungerminated seeds.
Newspaper or mobile phone with date.

All seeds germinated and ungerminated seeds.
Newspaper or mobile phone with date.
Image storage medium used and description.
