Orders, Payment & Checkout

QuestionAnswer
What ways can I pay, and is my payment information protected? Every order goes through a secure, encrypted checkout handled by our payment providers, so your details stay protected from start to finish. The options you see can vary a little by state, but they generally include credit or debit card (up to a $1,500 limit per order), ACH bank transfer, and cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin. Card payments usually register within 1–2 business days, ACH takes 3–5 business days to clear, and crypto is confirmed the next business day.

New to Bitcoin? Our step-by-step Bitcoin guide walks you through it. You can also settle up over the phone with an agent at +1 954-758-7340. See the full breakdown on our payment methods page. Please note we don't accept PayPal, prepaid cards, or gift cards.
The price at checkout looks different from the listed price. Why? Good news: a lower price in your cart means the item is currently discounted. The higher "regular" figure is the standard price, and the amount you actually pay is the reduced one shown once the product is added to your basket.
Can I order a quantity that isn't listed? Absolutely, you're just not locked into the listed packs. Pick a larger pack size or add multiple packs to reach the number you want. If you're after larger volumes of a single strain, our wholesale program covers orders of 100 seeds and up.
Why is my order showing as "on hold"? An "on hold" status simply means the order was flagged for a quick manual review, usually because it triggered a higher-than-usual fraud score. It's easy to clear: reach out to our team with your order number, confirm the purchase was genuinely yours, and add any context that might explain the flag. We'll release it as soon as it checks out.
I paid by ACH but haven't had a confirmation email yet. No need to worry, bank-to-bank ACH transfers typically take up to 5 business days to clear. Once the funds land with us, you'll get a confirmation email and our warehouse will start preparing your order. If it's been longer than that, contact support so we can check that the name on the payment matches your order.

Shipping & Delivery

QuestionAnswer
When will my seeds arrive, and how private is the packaging? We ship to every one of the 50 states from our US-based warehouse, and every parcel goes out in plain, unbranded packaging with nothing on the outside hinting at what's inside. Orders are prepared and dispatched within roughly a week of payment clearing, sent via USPS with full door-to-door tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once it's on the move.

After dispatch, most orders land within about 3–9 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is $10.00, expedited (3–6 days) is $14.99, and shipping is free on orders over $99. Because seed laws differ from state to state, it's worth checking your local rules first. Full details live on our delivery page.
Can you send seeds outside the United States? Not at the moment, we ship strictly within the USA, covering all 50 states from our domestic hub.
I entered the wrong address. Can it still be updated? Very likely, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Get in touch with our team as soon as you can via our contact page with your order number and the full corrected address, and we'll update it before dispatch. Once a parcel is with USPS, though, we're no longer able to reroute it.

Returns, Guarantees & Issues

QuestionAnswer
Can I send my order back, and when would I see the money? Yes. If you've had a change of heart, you can return items within 14 days as long as they're unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Just write "Return-To-Sender" (RTS) on the parcel and hand it back to the postal service. As soon as we can confirm the return is on its way to us, we'll get your refund moving. The complete terms are on our refund policy page.
Do you stand behind your seeds if they don't sprout? We do. Our Germination Guarantee is there to look after you if seeds fail to pop. It covers seeds bought within the eligible timeframe, can be claimed once per order, and applies when you've used the paper-towel germination method as instructed. If you don't germinate every seed at once, the claim only covers the batch you're reporting. Full conditions are on the guarantee page.
Part of my order (or my free promo seeds) didn't show up. What now? First, open the shipping envelope right out and check inside the branded packaging: small seed vials may be tucked into a corner, and some items can be sent as separate shipments. If something's genuinely missing, message our team with your order number, the name on the order, and a photo of everything that arrived, and we'll sort it.
I was sent the wrong strain. How do I fix it? Sorry about that, we'll make it right. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of what you received, including any labels or SKU codes, and hold on to the items and packaging while we look into it. Once we've confirmed the mix-up, we'll arrange the right fix.
My package turned up damaged. What are my options? Let us know as soon as possible through our contact page, and include your order number plus photos of both the products and the outer packaging in the condition it arrived. Please keep everything while we review the claim, since arrival photos are needed to process it. If the items are confirmed damaged in transit, we'll go over the available replacement options with you.
What's the best way to reach your team for help? Start with our Help Center, where you'll find quick answers on ordering, payments, delivery, and germination. If you need help placing an order or processing a payment, please use our contact page, email support@seedsupreme.com, or call an agent at +1 954-758-7340.

Growing, Strains & Recommendations

QuestionAnswer
Why should I choose Seed Supreme over another seed bank? Seed Supreme is the largest cannabis seed bank in the USA, pairing our own in-house genetics with a curated line-up of respected breeders, so you get a huge, varied catalogue of feminized, autoflower, and specialty seeds in one place, plus mix packs and bundles. Every order is backed by our Germination Guarantee, ships discreetly from within the US, and often comes with free seeds through our rotating Buy One Get One deals.
Feminized, autoflower, regular: what actually separates them? They describe two different things: plant sex and flowering behaviour. Regular seeds grow into a roughly even mix of male and female plants, which is mainly useful for breeding. Feminized seeds are bred to produce female plants almost every time, so there's no sexing or removing males. Autoflower seeds switch to flowering based on the plant's age rather than a change in light schedule, which makes them quick and low-fuss, and since most autoflowers today are also feminized, you get female-only plants that flower on their own clock. For a deeper side-by-side, see our guide on autoflower vs feminized seeds.
I'm new to this. What do I need on hand before my first grow? At a minimum: your seeds, a growing medium (soil, coco, or a hydro setup), containers that drain well, a light source (sunlight or grow lights), and a way to keep water, pH, nutrients, airflow, and temperature in a healthy range. From there it's a case of deciding indoor or outdoor, germinating your seeds, and guiding the plants through each stage: seedling, vegetative, flowering, and harvest. If you'd like genetics that are forgiving while you find your feet, our beginner seeds collection is the easiest place to start.
Which strains are the most forgiving for a first-time grower? The friendliest beginner strains tend to be compact, quick to finish, and resilient to small mistakes, which is why autoflowers and feminized photoperiods dominate our beginner seeds collection. Four dependable starting points:

  • Blue Dream Autoflower: an easygoing mostly-sativa auto with sweet berry and blueberry notes, around 20–30% THC, and an energizing, mood-boosting character. Its hardy genetics shrug off minor climate swings, making it very beginner-friendly.
  • Northern Lights Autoflower: a legendary, hard-to-kill mostly-indica classic with sweet pine and spicy notes and a calming, relaxing feel. Flowering on age keeps timing simple for first-timers.
  • Girl Scout Cookies Feminized: a mostly-indica hybrid (20–30% THC) that's famously simple to cultivate. Being feminized takes plant-sexing off your plate, and it delivers a euphoric, relaxing, mood-boosting experience with sweet, earthy, minty flavour.
  • Diesel Feminized: a mostly-sativa strain that's surprisingly straightforward to grow and known for generous harvests, with pungent diesel-fuel and citrus notes and an energizing, focus-enhancing lift.
Which strains are your customers buying the most? Tastes shift with the season, but a few cultivars stay at the top of the best sellers list. A perennial standout is Girl Scout Cookies Feminized, a multiple Cannabis Cup winner (18–28% THC) loved for its sweet, earthy, minty profile and balanced, euphoric character. Other crowd favourites right now:

  • Bruce Banner Feminized: a powerhouse hybrid (20–30% THC) with sweet berry and diesel notes and a fast, euphoric, relaxing hit.
  • Wedding Cake Feminized: a mostly-indica hybrid (20–30% THC) prized for sweet, earthy, slightly sour flavour and a deeply relaxing, euphoric feel.
  • Northern Lights Feminized: an all-time indica classic (15–20% THC) with sweet pine and spicy notes and a calming, mellow character.
  • Platinum Cookies Feminized: a potent hybrid (20–30% THC) with sweet, fruity berry flavour and a euphoric, mood-boosting lift.
  • Blue Dream Autoflower: a sweet, berry-forward mostly-sativa auto with an energizing, creative edge.
  • Diesel Feminized: a pungent, fuel-and-citrus mostly-sativa with an energizing, focus-enhancing character.
  • Girl Scout Cookies Autoflower: the auto take on the GSC icon (20–30% THC), sweet and vanilla-spiced with a euphoric feel.
  • Best Sellers Autoflower Seed Mix: a trio of easy-growing autoflower favourites in one value pack.

Seeds, Packs & Legality

QuestionAnswer
How many seeds will I get per pack? It depends on the strain, and the exact count is listed on each product page: packs typically run from 4 up to 25 seeds, so just choose your quantity before checkout. Want to try several strains in one go? Our mix packs and collections bundle multiple cultivars together, and many orders also include free seeds through our current promotions. For bulk buying of a single strain, take a look at our wholesale option.
How can I tell which seed type I've received? The strain name, seed type, pack size, and SKU are all printed on your packaging and shown on your order invoice, so you can match everything up at a glance. If a label is unclear or you're unsure whether you're holding an autoflower or photoperiod, or a feminized or regular pack, get in touch with your order number and we'll confirm the details for you.
Am I allowed to germinate seeds where I live? Cannabis cultivation laws in the US are decided state by state, and it's each customer's responsibility to know and follow the rules where they live. You'll also need to be 21 or older to order. Before germinating anything, please check your local regulations. Our legal notice has more background.
