|Can I have a discount or free seeds?
|Sure, here is our loyal customer discount. We change it from time to time and send an update to customers. The code is "loyal15".
|Is it illegal for me to order seeds?
|We distribute within the United States where cultivating cannabis seeds is legal on a state to state basis. It is your responsibility to abide by the local laws in your governing state.
|I ordered a long time ago and it still hasn't arrived?!
|Please click on the support tab a the bottom of any page. If you submit a ticket with the same name and email as you used when you ordered we can check it and get back to you.
|I just ordered, how long does it take to arrive?
|When your order is marked paid, our warehouse will begin careful preparation which usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, shipping with USPS typically takes 2-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way!
|There are no payment options available when I try to place my order. Can you help?
|Payment options for those located outside of the United States are not currently available. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are located in the United States and don’t see any payment options, please contact customer support.
|Can you recommend a good strain or seed to buy?
|Strains are not a “one-size-fits-all” as they vary in growth, flavor profiles, and effects. We recommend taking a look at the “Featured Products” and “Staff Picks” on our home page, or using the filters to narrow down your personal preferences.
|I'm looking for something which doesn't smell too much. What can you recommend?
|Seeds do not smell, so you are in luck. They are very small and we ship them along with other items. Please see our delivery and discreet/stealth shipping policies for more details.
|I'd like a different number of seeds than what is available. Can you send me 25?
|It's great you're so keen! :-) You will need to add more than one pack or a greater pack size. For example you can add 5 packs of 5 if those options are available.
|What does regular price mean? Why is it different to the price I see?
|That means the product is on sale! You can get it cheaper by adding it to your cart.
|Why is my order on hold?
|It has been marked as 'on hold' for review as it received a higher than normal fraud rating. To get this resolved, please click on the support tab to the left and submit a ticket stating why your order may have looked suspicious and that it was indeed you who placed the order.
|What courier do you use?
|the United States Postal Service (USPS).
|Why won't my order go through?
|This is likely because we are based in another country. Payments are currently only available to USA residents.
|Do you accept PayPal?
|No sorry we don't. However we do offer other very secure methods of payment such as Bitcoin.
|I placed an order by ACH but I don’t have a paid confirmation email. What should I do?
|Don’t worry. It usually takes up to 5 business days for funds to clear from one bank account to another. Once we have receive your payment, you will get a confirmation email and the warehouse will begin preparation to fulfill your order.
|Can you please ship my item with something else? I'd like it shipped with X or Y.
|Unfortunately we only ship with the items listed on our delivery page. In our experience these items provide the necessary stealth desired by our customers, they're light weight and useful to keep a hold of.
|My order never came. What should I do?
|Please contact our customer service with your name and order details so we can help to resolve this for you.
